The PTSA President provides overall leadership for the PTSA, overseeing outreach, operations, and organizational continuity. The President collaborates with the board and school administration to set priorities and guide the PTSA’s work in support of students, families, and staff, while ensuring the association remains in good standing with WSPTSA.

The PTSA Secretary focuses on preparing for, documenting, and following up on board and general membership meetings. The role is responsible for drafting and finalizing meeting agendas; taking, sharing, and finalizing meeting minutes with action items; and arranging space for in-person or virtual meetings.

The Treasurer for Finance & Budget is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the PTSA. This role ensures accurate bookkeeping, timely payments, and transparent financial reporting so the board and community have a clear picture of the organization’s financial health.

The Volunteer Coordinator develops and manages a system for recruiting, organizing, and scheduling volunteers for PTSA-sponsored events. This role also supports school events by coordinating volunteers to greet families, distribute food, and assist with supervision as needed.
